Infinitum is a specialist Broadcast Streaming Video (BSV) analytics platform designed for broadcasters, advertisers, agencies and ad platforms.

It provides advertisers with 1:1 measurement and analysis capabilities on BSV platforms.

Infinitum offers a ‘no click’ solution for tracking the performance of BSV campaigns from ad impression served to a website visit or app use, and through to cost per sale.

With over 70% of impressions being served on connected TVs, traditional UTM tracking simply doesn’t capture advertising’s true impact on customer behaviour.

Infinitum measures post-ad exposure behaviour without needing the user to click the ad, capturing engagement that occurs on separate devices from where the ad was served.

Infinitum is designed to provide metrics which are highly relevant for measuring ‘no-click’ BSV channels. There is some crossover, for example cost per visit and cost per sale, but also removal of irrelevant no-click metrics such as Time on site, Bounce Rate, and Page Session per view. The rationale for this is that each visit is pure and truly represents the customer behaviour.

Infinitum will also provide some basic appreciation of funnel conversion. For example, traffic to site from the BSV channel and how this converts to sale. However, it does not track traffic or pathways through the site.

Current tracking solutions cannot measure the true impact of BSV channels. Infinitum enables an advertiser to understand the complete of customer behaviour, not just the very small percentage that might follow a UTM or get caught by a device-based cookie.

While over 70% of streamed ad impressions are served over Connected TVs (CTV), responses are primarily phone, tablet, and desktop based. Making Infinitum a critical addition to the solutions currently available to measure advertising effectiveness.

It is a 1:1 match between the impression served and engagement with an advertiser’s digital environment.

It’s very important to understand Infinitum does not hold any personal customer data. The basic data it records are campaign mechanics (ad impressions by creative, length, day, daypart, and region), and customer response data (website visits, completions through a customer funnel).

Infinitum makes no use at all of any personally identifiable data, nor does it share any unique identifiers with the advertiser in either the visual or data layers.
